The inspiration and vision for American Kids Cancer Fund came about in part after witnessing the struggle and death of a 3 year old child after her lengthy battle with neuroblastoma. American Kids Cancer Fund saw how helpless the family felt as they were slowly losing their daughter to cancer. Although this ordeal took its toll on the family's finances, as well as their emotional and physical health, her life and courageous fight was and still is an inspiration to all who knew her.

Remember, the obligation is within all of us to make a difference. Don't dwell on what you can't change, celebrate what you can do by striving to brighten the lives of the underprivileged children and families that we serve.
